Program

Sample itinerary: (all activities are optional and changeable if desired)

First day /Arrival: (Check-in between 1:30pm and 5:00pm)

  • Pick-up at the airport in Kona, Big Island

  • Transportation to the farm - Approximately 75-minute car drive.

  • Settle into the room and unwind

  • Fresh squeezed alkalizing juice

  • Welcoming, logistics

 

Second day:

AM

  • Warm ginger & turmeric tonic

  • Nature walk/ hike or ocean

  • Noonish: Upon returning from the walk main meal

  • Solo time for introspection

The intention of this immersion is to flow with effortless ease within and without and embrace the rhythm of nature as it presents itself to us every day. Therefore, the schedule presented is a sample.

Each morning as we see what wondrous surprises the dawn brings, we determine the full schedule of the day, always allowing space for change and new ideas to manifest.

Food

 

You will enjoy a vegan lifestyle with the delight of organic fresh fruit from the farm, tea, filtered water, one main meal ayurvedic style and the full supply of cleansing live cultured foods

The intent is to allow your digestive system to take a break, rest, and cleanse.

Throughout the day: Tea, water, and organic fresh fruit

Green smoothie for breakfast

Cultured mineral veggies to add to the main meal

Fresh pressed coconut mylk kefir

1 oz shot of alkaline tonic

4oz turmeric tonic before bed

Health benefits:

The green smoothie is full of probiotics, fiber, and chlorophyll. It helps assist the body to release waste, alkalize and increase beneficial flora.

The turmeric tonic is an anti-inflammatory elixir, with an added hint of black pepper to fully activate all the properties.

The cultured veggies are full of minerals, enzymes, and probiotics. A powerhouse superfood that aids digestion and gives energy.

The fresh coconut mylk is a wondrous live rejuvenating potion

The alkalizing tonic is designed to awaken your body before breaking fast from the evening. It is cleansing and rejuvenating.

The ayurvedic meal provides protein and needed fats and other nutrients to balance the effect of the cleansing juices and tonics. It is mainly based on sprouted beans and buckwheat. Minimally heated to retain all its nutrients.

After the initial package, you are welcomed to extend your stay. If you wish to continue the immersion with supported activities, we can customize with an additional contribution

 

If you would prefer a more free flowing time and space to create your own schedule and personal meditations, with a more subtle support and less engagement with me. I can offer room with the daily meal, fresh fruit and water plus car. With no facilitation of activities, which leaves open day for your own design and creation:
