I have lived a very private lifestyle of self-discovery and inner cultivation for over twenty years. Now I am opening my home and space for this One of a Kind, rare gem of a retreat

Gift yourself the precious time and space to balance, restore and nourish your vast inner being

You will be welcomed into a space that is loved and cared for, simple and sincere 


Therefore, it is a unique and different experience from a luxury hotel or a vacation condo


We are in the midst of a tropical lush environment. The accommodations are naturally in harmony with the surroundings, which means, we share with the geckos, the ants, bugs, birds, cats, mongoose, and all the other beings that call this magical place their home

We strive to live as much as we can in an environment that is free from pollution: be it sound, air, electromagnetic, food-related, etc. 

 We eat and drink only organic non-GMO, fresh food

We rejoice that our guests embrace and look forward to coming here at ease and joyful that we embrace this simple and WELL-being lifestyle


The intention of the immersion is to flow with effortless ease within and without and in line with the rhythm of nature as it presents itself to us every day. Therefore, the schedules presented are a sample

Each morning as we see what wondrous surprises the dawn brings, we determine the full schedule of the day, always allowing space for change and new ideas to manifest

You will enjoy:

The food

You will enjoy a vegan lifestyle with the delight of organic fresh fruit from the farm (as seasonally available), tea, filtered water, and one main meal for intermittent fasting.

What that means is that you will only consume food between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. Eating only one main meal

What to bring

  • Water Bottle

  • Walking/ Hiking Shoes

  • Swim Suit 

  • Sunscreen

  • Light Sweater / jacket

  • Flip - flops or beach shoes

  • Comfortable moving clothes

  • Journal

  • Sun Hat

  • Ear Plugs (in case you are not used to the night frog song or wish to mitigate road noise and dog barking, the usual sounds of the night)


From November - March :

Temperature gets nice and fresh, bring warmer clothing like a sweater and long sleeve.

Also it can rain at any time, so prepare for rain




When is the best time of year to come?

All year round is great to come. November to February are the coolest months, a light jacket may be required. July and August the hottest months.

Is this immersion for only one person or can I come with a loved one?

If you have a loved one who is also on this path of self-cultivation and would like to immerse in the retreat as well, and you are fine with sharing bedroom and the queen bed, we can potentially accommodate for both to come together.


May I extend the number of days for the retreat?

After the initial package, you are welcomed to extend your stay. 


What toiletries do I need to pack?

Bring your own personal toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, etc. Please make sure they are eco-friendly non toxic variety. 


What is intermittent fasting?

Intermittent fasting is a pattern of eating between a range of hours to allow for ample time of rest to your digestive system. For example, to eat within a window of six hours and let the digestive system rest for 18 hours without any food. We will eat between 10:00am and 4:00pm to apply the 18:6 ratio.


What are the purported benefits of a cleanse?
